  • Email address (where provided)
  • Property address or postcode
  • Description of the drainage or plumbing problem

We also collect anonymised analytics data (page views, session duration, referring source) through Google Analytics 4, which uses cookies. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics data.

3. How we use your data

We use the data you submit to:

  • Match you with a vetted engineer covering your postcode
  • Contact you to confirm the engineer's ETA and job details
  • Issue the completion report and guarantee documentation after the job
  • Handle any complaints or guarantee claims

We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.

4. Sharing your data

We share your contact details and job description with the engineer assigned to your job. Engineers in our network are data processors under a data processing agreement. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. How long we keep your data

Job records (including your contact details) are retained for 6 years to meet our obligations under the Limitation Act 1980 (the standard limitation period for contractual claims). After 6 years, records are deleted.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request erasure of your data (subject to our legal retention obligations)
